Above Face Value

Tickets are sold for market value; therefore tickets in many cases are sold above face value. By purchasing tickets through Experience 360, the buyer agrees that the price of the ticket could be higher or lower than the printed face value. We are not affiliated with Ticketmaster or any venues, teams, performers or organizations.


Refunds

All sales through Experience 360 are final. Since tickets are a one-of-a-kind item and not replaceable, there are no refunds, exchanges or cancellations. Experience 360 is not responsible for lost, damaged, destroyed or stolen tickets. Tickets cannot be reprinted or reissued and should be treated like cash.


Rescheduled or Cancelled Events

All tickets sales are considered final. Refunds are available only in specific circumstances, as outlined below. If an event is postponed or rescheduled, tickets will be honored for the new event date. Original tickets should be kept, as new tickets are usually not issued. If an event is cancelled outright with no plan to schedule a make-up date, a full refund (minus shipping, if applicable) will be available after confirmation of the cancellation. In many cases, venues/teams/performers may refer to an event as "cancelled" even though there are plans to reschedule. Refunds will not be available if there is an announced plan to set a make-up date. If the decision is eventually made to cancel the show outright, refunds will be available. Experience 360 will not offer refunds during the period in which plans are being finalized for a rescheduling. In case of a rain-out or strike for a sporting event, no refunds will be offered unless the game in question is not rescheduled and there is no provision for the customer to effectuate a ticket exchange with the box office or venue for a future/different date. In some cases of cancellation, the customer may need to return tickets to Experience 360 within 14 days of the original event. The customer may need to return tickets via a shipping service with package tracking such as USPS certified mail, UPS or FedEx. Experience 360 will advise the customer of these circumstances, when necessary. Experience 360 is not responsible for any charges incurred or for tickets lost during transit. 


Fraud

In order to protect from fraud, a buyer may be required to provide additional proof of identity on an order. Proof of identity may include but is not limited to a signed credit card authorization and/or photocopies of public documents such as a state driver’s license or federal passport.


Shipping

Tickets that are listed as in stock or ready to ship will be shipped out by the next business day. Packages may require a signature upon delivery. For certain events, including, but not limited to the following: all off-season orders for professional and collegiate sports teams, concerts, and Las Vegas event tickets may not be available for immediate shipment. In these situations, tickets will be shipped once received by Experience 360.


Returned Shipments

Shipments that are returned due to an incorrect address or because the customer did not sign for the package will be subject to an additional shipping fee to resend the tickets. The customer will be charged an additional shipping fee of $20 to resend the tickets.


International Shipping

Customers outside of the United States must choose an International shipping option. If a domestic shipping option is chosen for an order to be shipped outside the United States, the shipping cost will be adjusted by Experience 360 after the order is placed to use the International rate.


Order Confirmation

Buyers will be notified by email or telephone once your order is confirmed. Online ordering is not in real-time, therefore, tickets are subject to availability and change. Occasionally tickets ordered may no longer be available at the price or in the quantity originally ordered at the time the order is received. If equivalent or better seat locations are available at the same price, and the buyer has chosen to be automatically upgraded, Experience 360 may fill the order with the alternative seat locations without notice. If the buyer has not chosen to be automatically upgraded, the buyer may be contacted by a staff member of Experience 360 to discuss alternative seat locations. Experience 360 reserves the right to refuse any order at our sole discretion. Orders placed after 6 PM central time Monday through Friday, weekends or holidays may not be processed until the next working day.


Order Processing

For select purchases, Experience 360 utilizes a 3rd party service provider to perform services related to your purchase. These services include, but are not limited to: (i) processing orders, (ii) verifying order details and confirming validity of payment information, (iii) charging your credit or debit card, and (iv) coordinating the delivery of purchased tickets. The 3rd party service provider does not design or market the Site and its sole relationship with Experience 360 is that of an independent contractor. The 3rd party service provider and Experience 360 shall collectively be referred to as “We” within these Terms.


Security Policy

Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.


Limitation on Liability

Except in jurisdictions where such provisions are restricted, in no event will Experience 360 be liable to USER for any indirect, vicarious, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special or punitive damages, including lost profits, even if Experience 360 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.


Promotional Codes and Discounts

We grant you a limited, conditional use of promotional and discount codes under the agreement that:

  • Any use of automated software or systems may not be used to search or hold tickets using discount codes, promotional codes, gift cards, or any other offer.
  • Customers agree to only use the codes for the specified event. We may impose conditions on your use of promotional or discount codes. If you do not abide by the specifications and details listed, we have the right to terminate the purchase with no refund.
  • No brokers or ticket resellers may use promotional or discount code(s) to purchase tickets to resell for commercial use. All purchases made and found to be a broker or reseller will be subject to cancellation of purchase(s) with no refund.
  • Experience 360 reserves the right to deactivate any code if the code is abused or we find reoccurring prohibited uses of the promotional or discount codes.
  • Customers cannot ask to apply codes retroactively. Experience 360 has the right to offer promotional or discount codes after the original sale price but if the customer purchases the ticket beforehand, the code cannot be applied to the previous purchase. We will not refund the difference.
  • The promotional or discount codes we offer may not apply to the specifications of the event. We reserve the right to exclude discounts applied to certain dates, times, sections, and places.

By using a promotional or discount code, the customer agrees to be subject to the terms and conditions listed. We advise customers to review all terms and conditions before using a code to avoid any cancellation of purchases caused by prohibited use of promotional or discount codes.


Contests

The prize or winnings is as stated and no cash or alternative prize(s) will be offered. The prize is not transferrable. Prizes and contests are subject to availability and Experience 360 reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without notice. Experience 360 will randomly select a participant for each contest by a randomization software. In the event of random selection, Experience 360 reserves the right to withdraw the prize(s) from the winner, if not immediately available. The randomized software will then select a replacement winner until one is found immediately. Experience 360 will notify the winner of the collection or delivery process for the prize(s). By entering this competition, a participant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. Experience 360 reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice.


Locality

Prices stated on Experience 360 do not include any state or other local taxes that may apply to USER's order. All prices are in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specifically stated. Experience 360 may collect sales tax as is appropriate for their locality.


Event Listings

Experience 360 does not guarantee the accuracy of event information on Experience 360 including but not limited to event name, event location or venue, event start time, or event date.


Intellectual Property Information

For purposes of these Terms of Use, "content" is defined as any information, communications, software, photos, video, graphics, music, sounds, and other material and services that can be viewed by users on our myexp360.com. This includes, but is in no way limited to, message boards, chat, and other original content. Ticket Pricing

Experience 360 cannot confirm the price of an item until after an order is completed by USER. Despite Experience 360 best efforts, a small number of the items listed on the myexp360.com may be priced incorrectly. If the Experience 360 discovers an item's correct price is higher than the stated price, the Experience 360 may, complete the order at the original price on USER's order, contact USER to inform them of different price with an option to purchase, or cancel USER's order.


Violation of the Terms

Experience 360, in its sole discretion, and without prior notice, may terminate USER's access to the myexp360.com, cancel USER's ticket order or exercise any other remedy available to it. USER agrees that monetary damages may not provide a sufficient remedy to Experience 360 for violations of these terms and conditions and USER consents to injunctive or other equitable relief for such violations. Experience 360 may release USER information by operation of law, if the information is necessary to address an unlawful or harmful activity against Experience 360. Experience 360 is not required to provide any refund to USER if you are terminated as a USER of this myexp360.com.
